You need to compare the length by stacking one pipe over the other so you can see the diff in length but they should be the same so you should be fine.

I'm willing to bet that the motor mount on that side is failing. I think the motor torques to the passenger side when under load. The charge pipe would move as far as it could, until it touches something, then the motor would continue to move over until the manifold touches it.

Or it could be that your turbo wasn't clocked 100% correctly or that it's becoming loose and starting to clock itself.

Thats a very strange problem you've got there, but it's something simple to fix once you find the cause.

Would it be easy enough for me to clock the turbo myself? How would i go about doing it? I had PTUNING install the kit so im learning it backwards

I had my trans swapped awhile back by a local mechanic. Do you think he had to undo my turbo or turn it to remove the trans?

He didn't *have* to, but it's possible that he did. How do the urethane inserts look? Seem to be in decent condition?

I went out to the garage and looked at the positioning of my charge pipe in that area and there was plenty of room. I pushed and pulled on it and will not get close to touching the manifold. Now I'm leaning more towards the clocking of the turbo is wrong.

I have the new pipe installed now. After a test drive I noticed heavy scratches on the new pipe that weren't there before. So my guess is that the charge pipe is rubbing the manifold under load.

To clock the compressor housing, loosen the 6 bolts that hold the compressor housing to the CHRA (center housing rotating assembly). Once they are loosened, you will be able to rotate the compressor housing to the desired position.
