I think clutch disc broke or clutch fork broke.

check your clutch fork/shift fork w/e it's called that's attatched to the slave line you can wiggle it around but you can't remove it unless the tranny is out. see if it broke for some strange reason.

Yes, sprung pucks fall apart sooner then later.

Replace it with an Act PP OEM disc. No reason you need a puck to hold your current power and deal with less then reliable alternatives.

Since it locked up I would drop the pan and check for a thrust washer problem.

That type of driving is hard on any clutch, expect this problem to occur regularly, or get some tires that slip more. Your next upgrade in holding and longevity from your current clutch would be a dual friction set up.

yeah i cheaped out on a dual but dang that chatter maybe not worth it. Any clutch out there better then a CC dual as far as chatter.
