Sigh, I so want to buy this kit. It'll have to wait for a clutch first though, which means I probably won't buy until next year the way things are going.

The K-Pro is delivered with a base map. The pressure cells should of course be tuned on the dyno.

ok so stating this i should be able to plug kpro to my laptop instal the basemap hook it up in my car put the pully on and it run? now tunning will only increase the effiecancy (sp) and allow for the 650cc injectors to be matched to my setup. which i have a schedualed tunning date next week i would just like to hook what i can up and make sure everything is working wouldnt wana drive the 3hrs i have to go just to find out my kpro isnt functioning or the harness is flawed etc etc.

If you drive conservatively you'll probably be fine. I think the whole point of the base map is so people can get the car to their tuner safely... though I wouldn't push my luck.

for the stage 1, basic setup, they used to have a dyno of w/ and w/o the aftercooler. they since took down the non-aftercooled dyno.
it was ~280hp vs 307hp for the aftercooled version
