What was you're timing at??? .. I'm kinda scared at 600 even though I've been racing the car alot and she's holding up ... I was just gonna throw in l19s just Incase I lifted the head because it can cause damage

Put in ARPs HS and no more issues.
Think it varies greatly so why change it until you have too

I'm running a GTX30 at ~17psi on 93/meth....started overheating not long after a few spirited pulls ! No issue any more.
* If you want to avoid the damage due to overheating / lifting head, just put the HSs on now be done with it.
