Do you have a catch can ? If so yes thats normal, its called blow by. Hit the track and you'll see even more oil in that catch can from all the G forces.
no catch can, just going from crank case to intake

if i am correct, it looks like your catch tank is on the breather pipe. Put it on the PCV pipe if you want to catch oil. I didn't see much oil on the breather pipe either, which is why i never had a catch tank on that pipe. But the S2000 is known to have a lot of oil buildup in the intake manifold from the PCV. Even N/A guys get a lot of oil there, since well, that's the way the PCV was designed to work. I had my catch tank on the PCV and caught a good amount of oil there.

I was getting oil in the intake pipe via the breather pipe. I know no longer run that pipe to the turbo intake and run a crankvent on the PVC line.

so its overboosting after rebuilding it? was it overboosting before the rebuild?

did you hook the wastegate actuator vacuum line up? did the rebuild guys adjust the length of the actuator arm?

It wasn't overboosting prior to the build.....so it's either easy:
vacuum line leaks (it's hooked up)
rod needs adjusting (most likely it was removed and installed back when the turbo was rebuild)

or hard

replace actuator ($$$ and time!!!!)

.....and on the shelf waiting to get hooked up are:
oil pressure sensor with the gauge in the audio controls
tapped oil pan (the place I took it to tapped it so the tap is facing a little down...might need to redo it)
two oil catch cans for the pcv system
.
