My car is making a very loud drone noise at around 3000 rpm with the GReddy kit?

The noise gets louder as the car warms up.

I have the stock cat and exhaust, with standard base map. (unbearably rich AFRs, driven 5miles since kit was fitted by myself)

Im wondering if the cat is making the noise?

Does anyone have any experience of this boomy/drone noise @3k rpm ?

check the bolts on the turbo manifold, down pipe, and connection to the stock cat.

This is normal. When I got my kit I wondered the same, I was worried something was wrong, I later found it was nothing to worry about. This is common for this kit, I was surprised not many people complained about this at first.
