Thanks for your reply.

What is it that is making the noise?
There have been so many reasons given as to why it makes this noise. My mechanic thought it could be due to the piping.

You get used to it after a while, atleast I did.

you can start the car and idle just fine, but driveability will be pretty bad.

Question. I purchased a kit and am planning on running it at 10psi with a full 3" turboback, bov, @ 10psi. In the first post it says a full 3" will creep, can I buy an aftermarket actuator arm to correct this or am I going ot have to weld a flange on the greddy manifold/buy a revhard or pfab man. and run a tial 38?

I don't know if it makes a difference, but I got a TurboXS mbc with the kit that I was planning on throwing on since I have it. Will that help at all?

^^ no it wont help.

My suggestion is wire have the EMU control boost with a boost solenoid. That should control the creep.

how many of the greddy user are running boost below the stock map sensor of 10 psi? with an exhaust and a hf cat?

for those who run above 10 psi with exhaust and high flow cat, are you guys getting a CEL and the car falling on its face?

just curious

The map does not read much over 10psi, you will need to upgrade it if your gonna boost higher

Couple more questions. My kit is used so I'm missing a few things. The lower O rings for the injectors, can I just reuse the stock ones? I don't see why they wouldn't work...

Also its missing the spacers for the fuel rail and Greddy told me it will take ~1 month to get the parts, can I just use washers?!?!? Anyone know the actual height of it as I can always go find a brass or nylon spacer at Lowes.

Ok so I just bolted the fmic onto the car and the it just barely hits the refrigerant dryer...is it suppose to? I've tried pulling on the bottom of the IC and tightening the lower bracket but it still in some way has contact with the dryer. Is that normal?!

i understand that however greddy mention to a buddy that people are running on stock map with hf cat and 70mm exhaust just fine. I'm wondering what kind of PSI they are running...obviously it will be under 10 psi or else it would cause them to get a CEL and be in limp mode.

However if you upgrade your exhaust and put on a hf cat, it would free up the exhaust energy which in turn increase boost.

This is the same problem with JDM spec supra with jdm stock turbo. If they add a downpipe to their car, it would increase the boost. In doing so would cause damage to their turbo. So people had to restrict their exhaust to keep the boost down. I would imagine it be the same concept.

what is the base boost from the kit? 6-7 psi?
