In my last S2000 I had a sub and amp in the back that were on quick disconnect plugs that could be pulled out of the car in about 30 seconds. That way, on track days the only extra weight I had was the wires from the radio to the place where the amp would be.

this is what most of us crazy, wierd and out of the ordinary people do..... some of us guys that race and build our S2000's do like music!

 

i would upgrade my sound even though i like listening to the motor more.

Understandable. But some of the s2ks ive seen have like custom built sound systems that would probably take more than a couple of bolts to take out. But i guess its whatever floats your boat...

this guy spent 8k on his system.....

 

"track look" everyone loves it even though most of them sit on the freeway in traffic.

 

so what, iv'e seen alot more than 8k spent on a system, cant tell if he races the car..................i race my car in every event i can. 2 min and my sub and amp are out. whats the point, you cant have both?

I'm planning to get a GTR as a daily rather than have to add luxury to a car I intend on tracking more often.
