No need for flares. Sounds good and fast/healthy. We have cancelled dc and will be doing lincoln instead! So I know thorne, lane and Greg and I are in for lincoln. What are the rest of you fast guys doing.

That's a good deal on 6 run Hoosiers. I may have to consider those. Hmmm...

Maybe I am just blind, but I am trying to find in the rules if a non-oem hardtop is allowed in BSP. I dont see any mention anywhere about hardtops.

It's not explicitly allowed. I don't race the car with the hardtop on and I refuse to pay the $3500+ to buy a used OEM hardtop that I will only use when it rains because its ridiculous that its not explicitly allowed when all I want to use it for is to protect my interior from getting wet when it does. I mean seriously, who in their right mind would add the weight of a hardtop (any hardtop) if they don't need to?

If I run into rain like we did in Toledo last year, I will use my hardtop under the argument of comfort and convenience. My competitors are free protest me if they want but seriously, if I beat anyone in the rain and they think it's because my hardtop they have issues. If the stewards rule against it, then so be it.
