Car is now on the dyno.

Baseline run. Ap2 motor, k&n fipk intake, stock intake manifold, stock header, test pipe, greddy exhaust. Tuned. 222.7hp/161.9tq.

They are now going to individually test the custom exhaust and modified PLM header then the enlargened intake manifold, 75mm throttle body and custom intake.

Mine made almost exact same numbers before str tune with HFC,Berk header back, stock header and knn fipk, after tuning we made 233.5 and 166.6 but picked up 30hp/ft/lbs at 5900 rpm. Have not had it on the dyno since the decat and Berk header. Will hopefully be getting to the dyno in the next two weeks. Waiting on a few more parts

I believe last year i pulled off 2480. but that was taking everything to extremes, cutting hardware, 25 pounds exactly per seat. cat weight cut down/ flanges removed. brake package with milled rotors front and rear and aluminum calipers/mounts. tires shaved to 3/32 (another 8 pounds total) hondata pulled out(1 pound lol) 6 pound battery, intake weight down to 2 pounds. j's header is pretty light. penske shocks shortened 3" from stock. 5" x 2.25" springs. titanium mounting hardware. no rear bar, hollow 1.25" gendron bar (lightest of the bunch) cr full delete. wing delete Im not sure whatelse i am forgetting, but everything was by the books

marc weighed his car vs mine at spring nats i think, he was getting close

Sounds good. What did you do to eliminate fuel starve while running 1/4 tank??

stock tank, twin pumps, one on each side of tank. nothing but pumps and hoses, fuel containment un altered, puts it dead smack in the middle of legal. I understand if some think otherwise, and am always open to reasoning.

243hp/172tq on the Evans dyno with all the custom pieces in.

For reference, a STR prepped CR with K&N FIPK, stock header, berk 70mm HF cat and Greddy 70mm Spectrum Elite was tuned on the day and made about 225/160.

Any pics of the custom manifold and intake. How did you modify the header?

I'll eventually post pics but can't right now since Evans is going to make more of them to sell soon. The header was not modified sorry just a custom exhaust. We're talking about having a custom header made when I do the e85 tune in the summer.
