Prepping for BSP
new diff adjustment to help with lock timing, need to go slightly more aggressive with removing delay spring but its close now.
need to add a few percent of overall lock back also. Fresh 10.9 flared bearing cap bolts cleaned and torqued thanks to 3rAuto's engine / tranny rebuild room

I need the diff to start locking sooner to keep the inside wheel from spinning up when trying to add power. Once it starts to lock I wouldn't mind it coming on nice and progressively, but having this torque delay before anything happens is no good. I may end up going with lower ramp angles to slow the lock and run little to no delay springs to get it started as soon as I add any power
Gah, the fixing never ends. Had a coolant leak due to a crack in the drain plug (Koyo radiator), we fixed that with a new plug. Car was randomly running poorly...due to a loose injector clip, that's fixed too with new clips. Today went for an alignment and found my alignment is all over the place and I can't get it to what I want because my driver side compliance bushing is torn and it seems that all my bushings are out of shape. I guess the age of my car (11 years) is catching up to me. Now I have to decide to either just replace all my control arms (most expensive, easiest to install, and I can keep my old set as spares) or replace all the bushings. Rear ball joint seems to be a bit wonky as well so might as well replace that. Good thing it seems a 97 accord front ball joint works in the rear of our car so I don't need to buy new hubs.
Oh and installed the Shorai 4 lb battery today (finally) which is pretty sweet but forgot it was brand new and left the car on while it was getting aligned and completely drained it. Had to get jump started. Have to remember to put the car on a tender for the next few days so it fully charges.

Looking good, cant wait to see it! keep going, so close mate!
Don't work yourself up too much. I raw timed your competition at an event last year. You're probably going to have to use Andy Hohl/Joe Tharpe in SSP as a benchmark to work off unless he has really figured out how to get his car moving a whole lot faster. Just sayin. Sorry I won't be there

Woops -- referencing the wrong weekend. Thought you meant Peru. Robert's a whole different kettle of fish altogether. Would be worth the price of admission though.
Haha, yet another one of my letters rejected by the SEB. I think i'm 0 for 4 right now. They won't let me cut a 2" hole in my bumper to terminate my brake ducts properly. Instead I'll just have to route it all the way to the bumper opening. No biggy, just looks like ass.
