S2000 STR prep resource
2010 Solo Contingency info for Tours and Pros is up, and I gotta say, it's not bad...
I'm happy that Honda supports Pros, but I wish they'd support Tours too.
Bridgestone and Toyo are not only supporting both Tours and Pros, but they are also supporting divisionals! sweet!
Yokohama is back, but only for Tours. sweet!
And a new one that is interesting for this year are AST shocks. This one I'm especially interested in
Lots of great ways to support our sponsors and win money too

Bryan, I have been using the Ferodo DS2500 and they are pretty good. The Carbotech AX6 don't bite well until they are a little warm, and can be noisy even when cruising and not touching the brakes. Otherwise pretty good. Both of those produce a lot of dust. I'm going to try the stock pads again for a while when the current set wears out.
Thanks John... I'll have to look into those pads as well as putting stocks back on.
I just got off the phone with tirerack and according to whoever I talked to the new C3 wheels are going to be a +62 offset and weigh about 19lbs.

Now all Honda has to do is have STR as an eligible class for ProSolo contingency.

Hopefully it was just an oversight and they aren't skipping STR because its Supplemental.
Everything is on the car and will be running it in Phoenix next weekend for the first time.
Four machined OEM 8.5s with 255 Star Specs shaved to 4/32
Freshly rebuilt Penske 8100s
600# springs on all corners
255s look good on the 8.5 wheels. Once the 6ULRs are here the 8.5s will be up for sale as STR wheels for anyone that may want them.

Yup, although finding 4 Volks CE28s in 17x9 +63 is pretty rare. Ppl either run a narrower front wheel, or go with some weird offsets for that "hella flush" look.
If anyone is interested in 4 Volk CE28s in 17x9 +63, lemme know. Best wheel for STR!
