The S will not beat a well driven STi or Evo, I know its hard for some to fathom, but (yes even from rolls) the torque on either car is just to much to overcome. If you have a crappy driver, ok it is possible, anything is possible, but its not going to happen often.
I wont even touch the C5 remark, since we have raced TA's and Z28's in the S (newer ones) and they pull like crazy. I myself have played with trucks and whatnot, just let them floor it and I would just get on it enough to stay next to them, just toying with them. LOL, do they think they can beat me, maybe since they kept up, but wait until I really feel like playing....see ya
