I knew I wanted a convertible and that helped the decision making quite a bit:
1) I think the 350 convertible looks fugly
2) the 350 convertible is significantly more expensive
3) the 350 convertible has -0- storage space.
4) the interior looks and feels cheap.
I also drove both and the 350 felt sluggish. There are some things about the 350 I liked, it's roomier, it has a nicer stereo etc... but when I looked at the bottom line I knew I wanted the s2k.
