I read the specs on the new CR, my buddy sent me a link on the page. I thought the spoiler and front lip were ricy looking as well as the color. Sounds like there is going to be no bump in power, the weight of the car will be 2762 (same as ap1) and will get stiffer suspention. woo hoo! I think this is stupid. whats wrong with force induction on this car. Then it would be worth wile. Any body with a concern for having a moded s2000 will have reach the point of this car and I can say for myself well beyond. I think the s2000 desurves more then the CR will provide. Its really too bad. I was disapointed to read up on the specs. The only thing I liked about the apperance of the body work is the top cover behind the head rest.
You are definitely not who the car is intended for. No FI was a given.... Besides the RDX, Honda/Acura has no FI cars in the States.. "Ricy" parts are functional...color is "ricy"? Besides Apex, GPW, Berlina, and Rio are the same..

Let's see what the car does before people start crying about the car... It's '03/'04 all over again..

I guess it worked, so what do you think? I think the specs and body additions are rather disapointing myself. and what is with all the wheel gap. Its main benifit and alteration was the suspension yet it still looks like it has enogh ground clearance to go to the baja. Infact this is what that nose looks like, one of the pikes peak cars. This is suppose to be a performance version of our car yet it has no bump in power and any r compound tire on the original s2000 will serpass the supposed number increase on the track. If i'm going to go out and show off my new "performance" adition s2000 I want something to back up the concept, like a little more power would be nice to help offset the current up to date cars that we see every day, whats wrong with this? Everyone else seems to be upping the game big time, why cant Honda with this car. I love my s2000 and will have it for many years and this CR version just insured this unfortunaly.

Hell, if someone was serious enough, the CRs are already at some dealerships ready to be bought.

Hmmm, selective reading maybe? There's nothing in that post that says it's on sale.

Hmph. I'm gonna hold off on an opinion until I see
it next month.
But, other than the lame blue color, it is looking cool.

I was told by Marysville Honda that they have a GPW CR on order no A/C and radio delete

They say it is due to be delivered on October 1st. I would assume the West Coast will be at least a week earlier
