So, wasn't it the Miami S2000 guys who gave their suggestions for the CR? Good going guys

You're welcome.
I guess they didn't listen to our suggestions and feedback. What a huge disappointment.

O so true, I am so glad that the real S2000 ended production in 2004 hear in the states! This car is the S2200 CR, hooray for Honda with so many Mexican's in the states these things should sell like hotcakes

but I give them the shadow of a doubt on the other two colors that they haven't released yet. The suspension I would pay for if it is in fact better than the AP1 suspension but I cannot justify the height that it sits at now, its just too tall! I would expect a club racer to sit closer to the pavement while still having the travel in the suspension as a normal height S. It is a function over form, but the Form does not have to look this hideous.
I think a they should keep this as a concept car and just sell the parts separately so that the people who does race have the option of using factory suspension parts...but thats just me

:thumbdown:The suspension might just be high because the spacers may not have been removed. I obviously can't say for sure, but it's possible since they exist for shipping the car in the first place.
Unfortunately, selling the parts seperately is not helpful to anyone that races, they aren't factory parts specific to the model car we have, they are optional factory parts, which would bump the car into a different class I believe.

The fact they raised the Tyre size topic is another spot light.
The 'father' specifically chose the smaller tyre sizes because it reduces unsprung weight.
That has been Honda's traditional thinking and i bet you it still applies to all their cars.
<my rant below>
Who cares if the tyre size matches the NSX-R... Is it as LIGHT as the original or AP2 rims?
We all know the AP2 version 1 rims measured lighter than originals but you can't let go
of the fact that the originals were designed WITH the car. Heck even I had to buy a pair
of originals (when i was thinking about track time + winter).
The only reason why AP2 tyre sizes are different were to mitigate some snap oversteer among the other
changes that had gone through.
