Do you feel confident behind the wheel
I put my S2000 into a curb because of oversteer, but not because it "all of a sudden" did this (IE: "snap oversteer), I knew it was coming, and it was my own dumb fault.
The S2000 behaves like a RWD car, because it is a RWD car.

I just reread the original post. Let's see pictures of this quarter mile driveway!

Haha, it's actually about a mile long, but it has a bunch of hills and curves. There is only one short stretch where you can gun it right before a 90 degree turn. But sorry, I don't have any pics of the whole driveway- just a pic of the very end with my old S in front of the house.

wow if that's your driveway, you are one lucky SOB!
its like you have your own little mini track!

Whereabouts do you live? My girlfriend is from near Waikiki.
I would say I feel confident behind the wheel, but at the same time I don't push things too hard on the streets. I'd really like to start autocrossing so I feel more comfortable.
I have noticed significant oversteer though, at least compared to my 300ZX. Probably because the S is so much faster and makng a lot more power, any throttle in a hard turn while in VTEC is going to have the tail trying to kick itself out.
