How long between oil changes.
Comments from Blackstone below, after about 6,000 miles on conventional Havoline 10w-30. If I wait for 8,000 miles like the UOA suggested, I'd probably doing 1 oil change a year since I'm driving less now. For piece of mind, I figure I'll change it every 6,000 miles or every 6 months (whichever comes first), unless I start driving more often.
Comments from Blackstone:
"We’re still seeing a low viscosity from your Honda engine, but other than that, everything looks good. The trace of fuel we found last time has disappeared and there was nothing present as far as wear metals are concerned that would show a problem. If this oil was actually a 5W/20 to start with, or had some 5W/20 mixed in, that could account for the low viscosity. Some engines tend to shear oil naturally, but not the 2.0L to our knowledge. The TBN was still nice and strong at 3.0, showing lot of active additive left. Try going up to 8,000 miles on the next oil."

I do every 10k running mobil 1, but I do change the filter at 5k and add just a bit if needed. The oil that comes out of my car at 10k looks just as good as it did going in. I used some of the oil from my last oil change for a oil cahnge on my Cub Cadet tractor, I'm recycling
