Did you try 4filters.com? That's where I got mine and it came in the day after I ordered it. It was such a nice surprise since I wasn't expecting it for like another 4 or 5 days.

The sound of the K&N during VTEC is amazing. It just sounds really nice. I've got it on stock exhaust right now and it turns heads ALL the time if I get on it.
