& yes i'm thinking about CF, and i heard that the mugen replica fitting is a little off to where the OEM is the best way to go... mmm, any input?
The fitment of mugen replica hardtops varies greatly. I've always read that while OEM is the gold standard 10/10 for fitment, Seibon and Mugen are probably 9/10. Some of the other replicas are good, but some are considerably poorer, so it depends on which version you buy.

Personally, I like the mugen look much better than OE, Spoon, or the other rarer tops, so that's what I would go with. YMMV.

They both look good but it's the OEM's fit and finish that keeps it in first place and should be your first choice. Pay the extra dough up front and avoid the possible headaches that can come with aftermarket. If you insist on the Mugan style , go with the Genuine Mugan and possibly avoid the endless tweaks it may take to get it right. Time and aggrevation does count and a price must be applied to these two factors.
Either way, a HT is practical and stylish and one of the best mods you can do for your car. GL

That would be amazing technology of the future, but nah. It's just a removable hardtop

Mugen Replica

It's just like putting a hat on your car, you can take it off when you want
Thx for the nice pic! How's the rear visibility/blindspot of Mugen Hardtop compared to that of OEM hardtop or softtop?
