Is 24k for a certified 2008 with 33k miles too much? I want an s2000 pretty bad and having trouble finding a good car at a good price.

I am getting a deal on 2006 Silverstone Metallic with 39k miles and he is willing to let it go for 15k. But he said there are couple of small dings and the front lip of the bumper is scratched up. He also said the transmission is a little notchy on first gear sometimes.

good deal?

read a few threads, the transmission problem can prolly be fixed by a simple fluid change. The few nicks and chips are gonna happen no matter what, dont be afraid to repaint

16k is WAY overpriced. Let me put it into perspective.

I paid 18k for an '04 with 11,000 miles on it just 1 year ago.

As for the yellow one, don't buy it if you aren't in love with the color. You WILL regret the decision.
Damn that's an amazing deal. Where did you come across a deal like that? I'm in Mountain View, just started looking at S2000's all along the West Coast. Haven't had much luck.
