np, i'd offer 8k for that.

the truth to the matter is if you can't find a better deal and you're not willing to travel for a better deal and the seller isn't willing to lower the price, than the car is worth $9200, in which case, go for it.

 

I'd try to get it for 8. Check the clutch fluid. If it's nasty tat might be part of the problem with the shifting. It probably could use some good trans fluid too.

Be sure to research the differences and problems associated with 00-01-02-03 cars. There are alot of changes in 02.
