^^^If it all checks out the price sounds good considering the new top, however it may need new tires soon....you may want to upgrade then to 17"

Would you upgrade to un-staggered 17"? And sadly I will be exposing the car to winter, so winter tires are on the very short list for me. Does anybody have any experience with buying winter tires with the factory fitment ? Or should I just stretch/underfit and put the same size on all 4 wheels?

Obviously, the owner has discounted the car for the accident. I would say the asking price is reasonable and not overpriced. Color is highly sought after and there are some nice upgrades. Should give serious consideration to this car. Assumes everything else checks out, i.e., top, tires, interior, maintenance record, number of owners, VIN #s, etc. GLWP!

IF it's clean and accident free, that's a solid price.

If that car were in my area and it's as clean as you say, I would probably buy it and then sell my AP2 lol.
