I get what you're saying, but compared to plenty of other cars, the '00-01 "issues" (if you can even call them that) are quite minor. Although the glass rear window of the '02+ is a definite major plus.

Sorry I thought I included that. Its in excellent condition all around. From the pics he's sent me it looks mint (interior and exterior). He said there are a few rock chips on the front but nothing too noticable and no door dings or scratches on the body. The only flaw is that the hardtop has a ding on one side and a scratch on the other. Ill work on getting pics up soon, and im still waiting on pics of the hardtop "damage".

 

2007 NFR with 70k miles, 5" scratch into metal on hood, 1" into metal on passenger door. Good condition otherwise. Stock except for those LED bumper DRLs. All VINs. Located in CA

 

Have you actually been able to get in touch with this seller? Car is local-ish to me and I'd really like to take a look, but I haven't gotten a response when replying on CL and the post has been removed a few times but keeps showing back up.

Looking for input on an S2000 I am seeing this weekend. It has been 2 years since my 2002 Silver w/black interior was murdered by a guy in his work truck.

I didn't even think to ask here honestly I have dreamed of owning an s2k since I was 12 but I never made an account until I actually owned one so wasn't able to post here but to the point!

Did I get a good deal on my S2k? It is an 07 Silver, all black interior with 53,301 miles (had I should say it came with dual tip Greddy ti system, alpine deck, cd changer, custom black 7? spoke rims I haven't checked the brand yet but they are definitely not stock and they have Potenza RE760 Sport tires, Spoon rear view mirror, K&N Intake, black S2000 emblems, spoon engine torque damper that's all I can think of right now for 16,980 but after warranty and taxes closer to 20k, I hope to keep the car forever and hope the value goes up instead of down at some point.
