You're off on this. Read the auto-x FAQ. I'm talking about simply buying different tires and a front swaybar, not different rims. If you add more stiffness up front, you can add more tire to balance the handling back to neutral.
I have no idea why our cars came with 205's up front. That was silly on Honda's part. I think it's like the only flaw with the car though. Everything else is a matter of preference and it has a common design goal. See, with a bigger front bar and more tire, the car just handles quick steering transitions so much better than stock. I get back in a stock S2000 every once in a while and I'm amazed how much roll the front of the car exhibits. It's weird.
