Think about what a car is when you have it over time...it is an asset.
It's technically an assett but I wouldn't bother considering it as such. If you want to invest your money there are far better options. Justify the car purchase for what the car is -- not for financial reasons.

Great! It's better to be patient, as you say. I hope you find exactly the car and deal you're looking for.

Yea get a S2000 if thats what u want. But by no means is a roadster a asset no matter how long u have it ur still puting money into it to keep it running. A car is not and will never be a asset by no means. Also im still not sure how u might save money if u owe $16000 on the G and u get a S2000 for say $12000 with ok mileage on it. In less u can get at least what u owe on the G. Becasuse say if you can't get at lest $16k for it than the remander transfers to the new loan so really you would save nothing. And if there is any repairs that need to be done to the S2000 with it having so many miles and depends on how the owner treated the car. Honstley if you want a S2000 and board with the G go for it but know that its not saving money more than likely its cheaper to keep the G and pay it off, i can't see you saving all kinds of money for gas. But im just saying what i think I love the S2000 funest car out there but i would not get into one thinking its going to save money might as well get a miata for that or toyota spyder. Have fun with youre money life is way to short get the S and call it a day and get some pics up for us
