Weird vib. noise

I think we all have the same problems. Our car has sooo much RPM that anyting that is not totally snug fitting and locked down rattles around. This is no BMW or BENZ.
A while ago, I had some work done on my front speakers. When they opened the door, there is this flimsy ass plastic inside the door to protect the window mechanicals from water (i guess).
Anyway, it was acting like a Kazoo when the bass hit really hard. So i had some insulation put in. It helped around the speaker, but it now makes the noise when i really have the RPM's moving.
So I am thinking of getting the insulation in the whole door.
I also know that honda did replace my top latches because they were rattliing. I think it needs it again. And there is also the friggen seatbelt that rattles a lot.
Maybe there are some ideas here. I can tell you this.... It's really really annoying.
