What made you get an S
it was either a 350Z or S2000.
i picked an S because of originality (specific engine, vert. only, push button start,
240HP for a 4cyl. at the time, rarity, sexxxxy)
the 350Z's got its body parts shared with all of the Nissan family, which is not original. Plus u can also get it in auto, and coupe which i think is kind of gay for a sports car. Oh and did i mention the alignment problems with the front end?

I'm a die-hard Honda guy for life. What drew me to the S2000 was the clear connection to Honda's Formula 1 technology. Other than the NSX, the S2000 is the only Honda sportscar that embodies so much of the unmatched racing heritage of Honda so naturally I had to pick one up.
I absolutely love the looks of the S2K. Its relatively exclusive, most people STILL dont know what it is which is a big plus in my book. I also love the 9000rpm redline, slick 6spd and open-top feeling. I know its a fanboi thing to say, but having 120hp/L is great from a 4 Cyl., and only add to its unique characteristics.
Before acquiring the S2K I had extensive seat time in both the RX8 and 350Z, and although I liked both they still didn't match up to the S2K IMO

I saw a photo of the "upcoming Honda sports car" in an Autoweek issue in
the fall of 1997. I stopped at my dealer and had them document my
request for a car if and when production began. I picked up #580 on 9/17/99
and like it just as much today as the first day.
