Default Clutch Replacement parts!

I'm attempting to replace my clutch. And by following the DIY guide, there's a couple of bolts and stuff that could be rounded off and ect...

What parts do i need to buy just incase that are special order? Also besides a clutch, alignment tool, throw out bearing and pilot bearing. Is there anything else i need?

Honda sells a high temp grease that you lube the throw out bearing with. You use VERY LITTLE to do this If you plan to use your old flywheel then you will need to send it out to be resurfaced.
Use hand tools to remove the propeller shaft hex head bolts, not air!! Using air tools here will strip the heads out. If you are good with a wrench you will need nothing else but the clutch kit and grease

Good luck

I have put 7 rear diffs and 2 transmission in my car and never stripped one nut or bolt.
And no I did not blow 6 rears only one

Tranny jack, a good set of tools, and a friend.

I've done once without a tranny jack once before, never again....

I just finished mine, all I got to say is MAKE SURE YOU JACK UP THE CAR VERY HIGH! Changing the clutch is a PITA. Be sure to have a buddy to help you manhandle that thing back in. Oh yeah, have a swivel and a long extension for the top starter bolt it's not that hard to do just takes time...mine was marked extra red so it was easier to find n aim. Good luck, man.

Been there bought that t-shirt.

I was using the only jack on the trans to lower it and didn't have enough clearance to pull it out from under the car.

It's not fun trying to lift a transmission off a jack from under the car so you can pull it out while sitting on a piece of cardboard.

My garage has a 14ft ceiling.

I wonder if there's any shops closing down in the area with lifts for sale
