As long as PCB is out of the box I'd re-solder everything. I didn't count the pins but it can't be more than 10 minutes work with a good soldering pencil and some very thin rosin core solder. Something firm to hold the PCB will help.

Hey Chuck, thank you again for the advice and suggestion. I'll do as you suggest and let you know if it works. As you said, no harm just re soldering everything. It's not like they're SMD 0306.
