Start Button does not light up
I did mine tonight. I'm actually doing my entire dashboard at one time (14 bulbs total -ten on dash and 4 in the cruise and defrost switches). I had about 6 bulbs burned out and I'm replacing them all at once so I don't have to remove the dashboard as they begin to fail one by one. This should give me some time between replacements hopefully.
My start button was burned out when I bought the car. I just put in a new bulb and it works like new. Just a note, the ignition must be on for the start button to light up, same thing for the cruise control and defroster activation switch lights. If you're checking all bulbs make sure the ignition is on so you get an accurate check. Once piece of advice is to use a perfectly sized flathead screwdriver on the bulbs as they can be easily stripped, due to the tiny slots in the back of the bulbs. Once you have a good sized screwdriver keep steady pressure pushing inwards as you attempt to turn them so they won't strip on ya.
