And you should read the post you linked. Did you try the bleeding method outlined in the post you just linked?

Jacked the front up in the air.
Ran it up with out the rad cap on.
Kept bleeding air out of the head bleed point every few mins.
Put the cap on and brought it up to pressure.
All seems to work well now!
Make the radiator cap the highest point in the cooling system and TA-DA! that's where the air will be. Since you have a heater, be sure to have that set all the way in the red.

The thermostat housing seals with the thermostat gasket that is part of the thermostat. Hondabond should not need to be used at all. if you need to use something like this to seal this area, you have a problem and should fix it right.

The upper radiator hose is the one that gets hot once the thermostat opens. The lower hose is much cooler since that is where the coolant has been cooled by the radiator.

well i feel stupid!!!!!!!!

i went at it for 2 hours today and nothing.....

i even put a hose on the heater side to pressure the system and to flush it....

still the bottom hose is freezing cold...
