I'm glad you're both OK too. That's a very scary and helpless feeling whether you're riding or driving.

As I mentioned in New England, please consider that Jonathan will have to deal with both the police and his insurance company, and this is a very public forum...

Bill,
It would appear that you are suggesting altering or suppressing the truth.
I would suspect that as a matter of legal counsel this is not what you are recommending.
But at the end of the day; it is, what it is. what happened, happened.

At the end of the day, this is still America, and people have the right not to bear witness against themselves. I suggest you not respond to this. I'll send a PM

Actually, most lawyers I know say that if their clients would just shut up and not say anything, the job of the defense lawyers would be much easier. Altering the truth is wrong, but we all have a right to just not say anything.

Thanks people for the PMs and posts. Sorry Bill I did not see anything in New England. I do not just "not post there" I simply do not read the forum anymore other than a few event threads. Not quite ready to face things again

Ellen, it's good to hear you are doing well through the critical period and thanks for the update. He certainly is not the first and won't be the last to crash an S2000 at an event pushing their car beyond their experience.
