Thanks. The Houston area had some heavy rains, but little flooding this time.

Getting rain about every other day. Parts of the lawn are too wet to get my tractor into to cut the grass. Have pumped excess water out of the pool 3-4 times in the last week. We've had some nice days, but I'm ready for a week of good weather to dry things out.

*sigh* Would that you you could send the excess here. We could use it.

With all due respect and sympathy to our friends and families in the arid west I just have to ask....

When is it going to stop raining?

Got slammed with lots of t-storms from Bill last night. Fortunately, did not lose power. We are headed to the Nats game today - it will be in the 90s (until Fri), so I expect we may be watching at least some of it inside. The humidity will be off the charts. Yuck...

according to my rain gauge we got 1.23" last night with 5.0" for the month so far.
