We got a half inch since my post at 7:30 this morning.
Looking at the radar however it looks like we're pretty much down for now.
T-storms maybe later in the day could change that.

Not as bad as others, great for my new grass, but I'm ready for some dry weather.

This Month 3.47 in. (10 days with rain so far)

We had violent storms last night that lasted what seemed like forever. I say this because the +1 and I were going up the street - maybe 5 long blocks to dinner with a friend. I thought we could beat it, but about halfway there we had to take shelter. It raged and raged. Probably the worst I've seen here since the derecho. Once it finally let up a bit, we walked the rest of the way. I looked like a drowned rat at dinner. The good news is that the temp this morning is 65 instead of 80. Our heat wave is broken, at least for the next few days. Yay...

Deb, thought about you mid-Atlantic folks this morning when GMA was in their usual panic mode over some nasty storms up your way. Have not heard any news from DelMarVa yet.

Ken, were you guys up in Jersey affected?
