_sigh_ One of the downsides of the mild winter has been the fact that we haven't had the brutal cold to kill of ticks.
It normally gives us a few months reprieve from gooping the dog up with frontline or equivalent.
Guess that's over and it's off to the store to go buy some. And I was just in the pet store on the way home getting food....
the disappointing part is normally the sales aren't for a few weeks.

We use these guys: http://www.entirelypets.com/flea-tick-supplies.html
I found them much cheaper than the local pet store. Course, YMMV

last year we went with the frontline knockoff at BJ's warehouse. I don't think they have started stocking it yet.
given Titans size we tend to buy VOLUME.... an XL and a large per application.
I wonder if they make frontline for horses...

Rain here again in February on top of a ski mountain will all be ice by tomorrow. I think our new ice rink is very confused!

We got 7 or 8" of snow tonight. A couple days ago it was short sleeve weather. Strange winter.

We got ice. Pulled out in front of my house this a.m. checked to see how slippery it was no wheel spin, check the brakes, didn't lock up, get to the next intersection hit the brakes sheer ice. I led a parade on my way to work this morning I wasn't taking any chances.
