radar detectors
Doing some research into detectors. I understand there is a real appreciation of the attributes of the Valentine 1, but several tests I`ve read(including speedzones.com) strongly prefer the Bell980. Any Help in real life comparisons from members perspectives would be appreciated. Thanks.

In case you decide to travel etc.
Me I was going to buy a Passport 8500, which scores very well. I've never seen the 980 outscore the V1 or 8500.
