Post Annoying Squeak Solved

It wasn't the ARB Bushes or bonnet catch or spare wheel. It was the bonnet rubber stops that stand up on each side of the engine bay. I temporarily placed some soft cloth over them before closing the bonnet and hey presto, peace and quite prevailed. I'll get a couple of self adhesive felt pads from B & Q and stick them under the bonnet at the two points of contact. Thank you all for your suggestions. I hope this helps someone else in the future.

See what I said; you need to wind them out (they're threaded) until they're the correct height.

Also, treat them with Holt's or interior spray or something to male them pliable - they may have gone hard with age.

A little spray of silicone rubber lubricant should cure it.
