Before it stopped it started going very slow for a couple of days, personally i think the motor has gone. but the main thing i really want to do first is get it up so i dont get wet then i will investigate the problem further.

Anyone know how to get it to the top i could not find away.

 

how about swapping the motor over from the other side ?
