^I rock Rotas. I guess we aren't friends...

I bought my D2s because I loved how they look and they are 1/3rd as much as the SSR or Work versions. They are heavier, but I do not track and I put my extra money into a turbo kit. I am happy and get tons of compliments on my wheels. To each there own, but I am not worried about my wheels breaking from a strong breeze.

Much love to all Volk, Work and Rota guys. I you like them, get them, whatever wheels you choose, damn everyone else!

I didn't say we couldn't be friends I just said if we were friends first I wouldn't let you get Rotas

I just choose not to support rip off companies and Rota is the worst of the bunch, I dont care for Seibon, VIS, ED, etc. either

When I was in Japan they were doing some testing of Rotas compared to Regamasters. It was actually really interesting to see as the Rotas were holding strong for a couple laps. After the third hot lap the whole Rim started to deform, where the Regamasters had no effects. It was really scary to see a rim change shape from just driving hard. Rotas have a place in this industry just not in a racing enviroment.

WTF are you talking about? I know more then a few racers that use Rotas and have never seen a single wheel "deform".

Nowhere did I say brand name had nothing to do with the price. I just said it's not the only thing.

I'm familiar with the concept of charging a brand premium, but it's a forged aluminum racing wheel with a proprietary manufacturing technique that has been engineered from the ground up, not a ****ing BAPE hoodie.

Again, I'm not anti-Rota. I'm just anti-stupidity.
so what makes a BAPEE hoody better than my champs hoody?
