I'm looking to pick up 17x8 +48 front and back rotas, with a 225/45/17 tires for again both front and back.

Will I run into any issues with stock suspension or will I be fine?

Please help, I'm trying to order asap due to bad bad back tires right now, and constant rain.

I fitted 17 x 8.5 +54 Prodrive GC-07C with Federal 595RSR 255/40 on the rear and I have minor rubbing issues. I am a little frustrated as I am at the high side of offset for a 255 with +54 as opposed to the minimum recommended offset for a 255 which is +50. I am on the stock suspension.

Just passing on this info to further help tweaking of the guide.

I read through the guide and still have a quick question, I found a good deal on used rims theses are the spec
17x7.5 +50 Wrapped 215/45/17
and 17x9 +63 245/40/17

Is this a good spec for an ap1? Im not looking for hella flush just a good looking stance i guess somewhat flush. I dont have any other suspension mods at the moment but plan to buy coils in the next few weeks. please help me out thanks

Thinking of...

Front: 17x8 +50 with 225/45
Rear: 17x9 +60 with 255/40

The "What Fits?" section on page 1 indicates that I'd need 215 or narrower tires on the front, but I wanted to ask anyway. "What Fits?" says this rear combo would work and that I could actually go up to a 275 tire if I really wanted to (which I don't). Thoughts?

I have an AP2 on stock suspension and without rolled fenders, and no plans to change either.

Thanks!

I want to say awesome write up, but the more I read the more I got lost. Well not from the OP, but all the replies. I read the whole OP though. So did te fitment guide get rewritten? (I didn't want to troll 27 pages to know for sure.. lol). And I clicked on the offset calculator and it was a dead link. (I guess I can try google after I post this)

I'm really wanting some rims, and almost made the mistake of finding some with 18X8 42mm for the front and 18X9 42mm for the rear. So I did at least learn not to spend my money on that. But then the question of spacers came up. Now I don't know if things have changed, but I heard spacers are bad, especially if you're going to do any spirited driving or track time.... Did I hear right?

Okay I have looked everywhere for info looked closely at the guide still not sure if or how this will work. Set of wheels that I just love have these offsets 17x7.5+48 front 17x9+40 rear would like to run 215 front and 255 rear tire sizes. What would it take to make this work. Drives me crazy that it's so hard to find wheels that work for an S2000. If anyone has these offsets rear please let me know of any issues that I may be faced with, and how close to rubbing for the fronts.

Thanks
