Continue to be impressed. Getting just over 90mpge fag packet calc in the dead of winter, short runs, pre heating, 3 + dog
we might take it to York later this year as we have 3 staycations booked as I bank on the jags. Probably train it to the smoke though the e is far nicer than our current trains (I anticipate HS2 might cost more than an F40 to get to London, when it eventually opens )

drove the SC S2, by god it feels gnarly by comparison . In summer, out of traffic I think it will win mind

Well the temp has suddenly shot up by 10C and so has the e efficiency
I was averaging just 2.7miles per kw over the last few weeks across several hundred miles of short hops. We went to a different park today and I got 3.9 on the trip
At 15p/KW that's c3.8p per mile
At 550/gallon or 121.8 ppl that is 145mpg.. bombing around the edge of the city 3 up plus a dog

Not even warm today and getting around 4m/KW which is very decent I think
the range is certainly no issue for us under lockdown and the family have really taken to it.

Ride is good, tech good, build seems good.

I have noticed the paintwork inside boot door apertures is not highly polished, the carpets and mats are pretty crappy quality (BMW nailed this if little else) but little is annoying me, heating great, heated seats and wheel powerful, fun to drive (not fast but quick enough), super easy
Its winning friends and gets loads of positive comments and questions

Not broken wheel.. you can see the full lez plate now

Probably runs quite a bit of caster being er, mid-engined.

That pic nicely demonstrated the McPherson SAI 'jacking' effect and why lower-offset wheels cause problems with steerin weighting, etc.

The Doppelgänger of your is often parked in the most charging-implausible streets of Hertford. Looks rather neat.

It was replaced yesterday by a yellow one - clearly Norton Way's demonstrator which looked good in pale yellow at night. I hope that's not a bad sign, though...

There have been a few tesla esque broken windscreens on the fb and everyone says the app what dont work is shyte but other than that no reported stuff

did 70 miles today of running about in.. errr. lockdown. Took 56% battery and was claiming over 4 miles per kw once warmed up

it gets a lot of positive attention with its cheeky face and the ride and handling is such a sweet spot for white goods trans, very composed but not over firm

You would never guess this was 1500kg ish whereas in my old bimm the weight was always very apparent. Area under the curve was never more apparent.

Not quite as serious as the Tesla instant-convertible, then.

The low CoG and wheel-at-each-corner should make the e more NSX than 3er innature.

And these days it seems Honda is far better at suspension tuning than many.

My take on it is that the range thing is in people's heads, a lazy stat used to compare cars
most bikes won't do 100 miles plus but you would probably struggle to get the range stat out of anyone on most bar tourers

AVG mileage is what, 12k a year? 220 a week, 2 full charges or a few more top ups.
We are in lockdown obviously but marvelling at the efficiency has been far more absorbing than range anxiety. I do think it's in a class of one and won't sell due to that stat but I dgaf, it's a keeper if it behaves and will be a bastad to replace. Maybe like a certain other Honda to me (I never did)
