I don't think you'll get a whine with the 4.77's

Hey, why do new gears read lower #s on the dyno? Confused about that.

And I've heard a lighter flywheel will help a little down low, but will not have the momentum and might lose a little up top. No experience though.

Stupid stuff keeps delaying me. I should have some #s by next weekend, though. Pissed that I'm running late, though, since the car is in a local show tonight. DAMN.
gears read lower? I was up at 199whp SAE, 207 non SAE with those gears when I dynoed. Seemed right as the fuji and comptech CAI really provided 1-3 hp and the ricks header probably did the most help including mid gains. Glad I sold those and have an all new set up now Ricks header is def a keeper though

wow....41 pages later, I think my eyeballs are going to explode!
My stock + K&N filter dyno is posted below, on a traditionally low reading Mustang dyno. Since I live less than a mile from central florida turbo, and their dyno pricing is pretty cheap, I plan on dyno'ing each mod to show progress. My next mod is the hondata gasket...then the mugen cooling mods (yea, I know, I should do them at the same time as the hondata gasket, but like I said, I want to document each step). After that, it's Rick's pulleys, then a lightweight flywheel. As far as flywheels go, who's do you suggest??

*edit* btw, what do you guys expect the dyno to look like after hondata/mugen cooling mods/pulleys/flywheel?

hondata gasket and mugen cooling mods shouldn't net you much of any hp. I just did it all and there was no change, car just runs better overall.

but looks good

Wildcard - expect 1whp peak gain after all of those mods.

Rick's pullies are slightly lighter than stock right? So maybe a HP or two from those. Then the flywheel will free up a few, so I'd say you could see around a 5HP gain.
