yeh Berlinas s2k is modded up pretty good and still has plans for more mods... 
watch out JDM!!!! 
Gears are def awesome at low speeds and couple guys did a calculation where at speeds 70+ it will still give you 16% more accelration which isn't much but still anything helps your essentially reaching your power band quicker. When I was NA this was the most felt mod. No intake exhaust header test pipe ever came close to the feeling gears give you.
You have to do 4.57 or higher though for that nice torque feeling.
