In preparation for going boost (CTSC), I have ordered the following: ACT PP, Comptech flywheel, Defi boost gauge and Defi oil pressure gauge. Am I missing anything? I will be going with the stock CTSC setup, which means I'll be boosting ~7 psi.
if you wanna be balla get the electric ones..... if you did buy those ones already i would say you are missing the control unit.

Guys, I think for the sake of anyone new coming into this thread, that we should give a quick summary of what does, and what does not, work as far as producing power in these cars. I think we should limit our responses to only what we have attempted ourselves. You don't need to have run the dyno's per se, so long as YOU have done the mod and it's been known to make power (aka test pipes, etc).
As far as I go,
AEM EMS will make power. Depending on your MY (00 and 01 have the most to gain), and depending on the quality and aggresivness of your tune, you can expect UP TO a documented 22 rwhp, but I would reasonably expect an average of a 15 rwhp gain.
Test pipes. Although I myself have not dyno'd the addition of a test pipe yet, more than enough dyno's have been done on cars with test pipes to prove anywhere between 2 and 6 rwhp gains.
I will soon be making a full writup with pictures and step by step with maps of an ITB'd F20C5 on stock internals equipped with an AEM EMS and test pipe. I will post my results soon.

The gains you are talking about with an AEM EMS are midrange gains, not peak. There is no way you will get a 22rwhp peak gain from an EMS. If we are going to make these kind of statements, let's please include where in the powerband the gains are made.
look at his sig.
