Use 409 SS. It's not as pretty as 304 SS, but it's nowhere near as expensive, it's much easier to bend, and it will last almost as long.
400 series SS is also more heat tolerant .

From experience, i can tell you this won't happen. atleast not any anything but a poorly calibrated Dyno Jet. I would love be be proven wrong, but I've been down that road with a nearly identical build at the time.

Version, what size did the megan mufflers come in? Who did you order them from? How much did they cost? Should I get a resonator? ( I love newb spam questioning)

i got mine from Hopupracing.com. $80shipped. i came in the usual sizes, 2.5in/3.0in inlet, with 3in/4in tips.
