My next dyno won't probably happen till April...I hope to have an exhaust either made, or purchased, by then.

I've talked to Ya about that...and unless Jeremy says otherwise then thats probably how I'll do it.
There's the key... 2 yr warranty says listen to Jeremy! I'd be willing to bet he doesn't say 3k... and that's better for you.

Bottom of this page has a blurb from Jeremy about breaking in a motor. It is on the InlinePro website.

Yes...the key is to listen to Jeremy although, I'm not a in-house install+tune so...I don't get the warranty. However, I'm sure that they would help me out if something was their fault.

And thanks for the link...it would be nice to wait less

My bad. And yes, I trust that they'd take care of you if there was a deficiency on their part, however, I have every confidence in Jeremy's attention to detail.

there was a dyno day today in so fla and about 15 s2ks were there and lots of k20s it was fun

i think i dynoed the highest for ap1 at 217 hp and 149tq.
one ap1 did 190 hp, another did 205 and one got 210.
ill post some pics and maybe a vid later.
the tuner said that my air fuel goes pig rich after 8k so i can tune with a vafc and get more power...also before vtec it goes rich and i can also get more power there midrang
You could probably hit 225 rwhp with a simple VAFCII tune.

Those are good numbers for an AP1 with just your mods...having an '03 helps your cause too...

Well I dynoed my car again with the addition of a Fidanza, 72mm BDL TB with AEM V2, and a Port matched Intake. I got 5whp, mostly from the flywheel im guessing. However my ECU keeps wiggin out and being a POS and my air fuel was at 12:1 so I have to re-tune it to see what I can squeeze out of it. So I'm still peaking at my best of 218whp dynojet #. I'll post after I get it tuned again. You guys think I should do an EMS?

Just curious but does your power curve drop off ant any point like most stock pre-04 dynoes? The flywheel doesn't really add hp, but it'll just make the power come earlier on. So it could be that you gained your power from your other mods. Also did you put in a clutch kit or anything with flywheel? I ask because when I had my toda(same weight as fidanza at 8lbs) my stock clutch was fried pretty soon considering if you do a lot of spiriting driving and quick shifts.

03 helps, but there is still alot of fuel tuning to be had after 8k with an 03 ecu too.

I found that out.

S|2ocK: about the ems, for your power levels or anything up to 500 HP as long as you are still using most of the stock sensors i would suggest just getting a great piggy-back like Greddy Ultimate emanage......

yea i was the only 03 ap1 that dynoed the rest of the ap1s were 00-01. but the dyno guy did say after 8k i go rich and lose power so a vafc would help that, also in the range right before vtec it goes rich so i could get more there..other than that i think my a/f ratio was decent
