Whew, sifted through 157 pages and got some great info. Here's my setup that I hope will produce 230whp.
K&N typhoon intake
custom 3" exhaust
J's racing TP
J's Header
AEM EMS

Any suggestions for further upgrades? Planned on a 70mm TB with port-matched intake mani. After that, Toda Spec A cams/cam gears?

great set up. I'd say you will hit 230whp with your set-up, but it all depends on your tuning. As far as the future mods go. The ported tb/manifold will give you a few more ponies, but the toda cams don't do jack shit. Well atleast not unless your motor is fully built. you'll be better off going with a light weight flywheel to free up more hp to the wheels, and improve the overall performence of your car.

When will you be dynoing that setup?

You've got a MY-00, so the AEM EMS is going to give you the most gains, but you've got a good mod list going there. 230 may be possible, but don't be dissapointed if it doesn't work out. That 230 mark seems to be slightly more elusive than we all initially thought.

If you don't get there, there's a few more things you can do before you have to step up to a stroker motor or built internals.

Thinner head gasket, lightweight flywheel, lightweight pulleys (they can't hurt), krank vents, T1R Vpower2 & ignition bridge (actually good for a few dyno'd hp, same as krank vents).
