Installed the 135mm crank pulley - brought me from 6-7 psi to 8-9 psi. Tuned for a safe AFR but not going to dyno until the temps drop a little here in AZ (current day time ambients are 115F with IAT's in the 145F range).

what IAT's are you getting at night when temps are (I hope) in the 80's or so?

It typically runs 30F over ambient - installing a new A/W IC pump in a few days to see if it is possible to get the temps down a little closer to ambient.

Current night time temps are in the 90 range

ouch!

could you remind me what engine management you're using? having any issues at all with the high heat - even underhood temps affecting surrounding parts?

Running eManage Ultimate.

Heat Soak makes her not want to idle good if you are in slow stop and go traffic when it is 110 or so. No melting parts, etc...

Heat Soak

I am not having any problems with heat soak
low 90's
50-70% Relative humidity

William have you confirmed that you got all of the air out of the water circuit.

110 is a little different than low 90 - humidity independent (not thinking humidity has much effect on under hood temps or IAT). My ECT readings at 115F ambient range from 200-220F (still 3 bars on the AP1).

suggest you put in the colder thermostate and fan switch (they are all over ebay) - here in florida we see it make a huge diffference in the cars drivability
