Thanks for the help guys. I started to notch the frame rail for clearance and found that there is a seam inside that is in the middle of the frame rail. So no I sorta have a hole until i can get something in there to shave that piece down. I am just stepping away for a lil while.
Good luck!

I honestly think it will fit without the notch once it is mounted to the motor.. But mounting it is a different story.. I can get it really close, like the far right bottom stud but cant rotate it up over the rest of the studs cause it hits against the frame rail. If only the studs were a tad shorter it would be fine. I was told by extremepsi.com that the only difference between the B and E cover, dimension wise, was 1/8" from center of turbo. Come to find out it is like 3/8". I will work on it later. I am pretty confident that the motor mount trick might work to get it on.

puddymod suggested that the stage 4 CC clutch is ment for 600lbs of torque. Which i know ill never have so im either gonna go with a stage 3 or save up a little more and buy a Carbonetic Twin-disk clutch. Its a little pricey but i want to be able to have the reliability of holding the power and smooth shifting transactions.

Every time i get into my car its almost as if i have to re-learn how to use the clutch. the jerking when shifting out of first gear or down-shifting irritates me a lot and it makes my passenger feel as if i've never driven stick before LOL

I've been driving the clutch for three weeks now N/A.
First gear isnt fun much but you got to get the revs at 3K and ease it in and it isnt too bad at all. It buzzes to hell also on any decel below 4K.. I still look like a damn rookie to stick every nows and then though.. LOL

I will tell you this also; try driving after even two drinks and it will tell you that you shouldn't be driving. You really got to be good with the pedals in first gear and on top of your game otherwise you got a bucking bronco on your hands.

I wasnt about to go with ACT after all the problems and I have also seen it slip (John Z). Nothing else seemed to be able to hold the high horsepower...

Dude, I can't wait until you get your car done. I really can't even take it to red line cause I feel I should shift cause the car is frick'en fast. LIke you see the gauge read 10psi and your like nice then it rolls up to 20 psi in 3rd gear and your like holy shi%. I was at 10 psi by 4400 rpms with this kit and 20 psi by 56-5800. Your gonna be so happy for just a nice street set up!

Well I got the old head off today! What a major pita the intake was to get off, the head was easy compared to that thing! People doing Hondata intake gaskets are completely out of their minds, just to get that on there.

New head will go on tomorrow.
Noticed some slight cylinder wall scoring in three of the cylinders. All were pencil lead thick and ran from the top of the cylinder down an inch or inch and a half or so from the top of the block with one line in cylinder three running the entire way down the cylinder... I could barely catch it with my finger nail, but there's nothing I can or am going to do about it right now. Just gives me an excuse to put a 2.2 in down the road, but this one is going to get beat on for a while more first.

all piston tops looked the same and the old head looks perfect fine.

Whats usually the cause of scoring? If running lean is a cause I can only imagine what mine will look like
